Even during her multifaceted studies of sports science, psychology and business she was committed to consulting. Throughout this time she also broadened her horizon in Spain and Costa Rica. After her master´s degree she dedicated herself to Executive Search, developed and lead the Project Management team at the personnel consultancy CAPITALENT and evolved to a partner. On this solid basis she is now ready for the entrepreneurship at TalentSilver.

More than 20 years of experience in executive search. Physician and entrepreneur with a broad range of experience in various branches. He is driven by his sincere interest in his counterparts and the constant urge to find the right solution, even for tricky issues.

BEFORE TALENTSILVER

From his career as a specialised physician, he initially joined McKinsey, founded an internet company and then got into personnel consulting. Together with Michael Jehrke, he founded the recruitment consultancy CAPITALENT, later CAPITALENT Medical (now TalentOrange) and is now continuing his journey with TalentSilver as an entrepreneur and recruitment consultant.

FELICITAS WEGE, PROJECT MANAGER

Highly organized and with an eye for detail, but also with a sense of creativeness, she ensures a frictionless and goal-oriented personnel search. Combined with her distinctive emotional intelligence, she has the ideal skills to ensure a unique overview and perspective within the team.

BEFORE TALENTSILVER

Before studying theater and media sciences and art history, she spent a year experiencing the culture and country of the USA. After graduating with a master's degree, she moved on to Finland. The gathered knowledge of human nature, strengthened by professional experience in PR for financial market communications and in the startup environment, prepared her for a career as a personnel consultant at CAPITALENT and her subsequent role as a project manager at TalentSilver.
