1 Limitation of liability

The contents of this website are created with the greatest possible care. However, the provider accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and topicality of the content provided. The use of the contents of the website is at the user's own risk. Contributions identified by name reflect the opinion of the respective author and not always the opinion of the provider. The mere use of the provider's website does not constitute a contractual relationship between the user and the provider.

2 External links

This website contains links to third party websites (“external links”). These websites are subject to the liability of the respective operators. When the external links were first set up, the provider checked the external content for possible legal violations. At that time no legal violations were apparent. The provider has no influence on the current and future design and content of the linked sites. The inclusion of external links does not mean that the provider adopts the content behind the reference or link as his own. The provider can not be reasonably expected to constantly monitor the external links without concrete evidence of legal violations. However, such external links will be deleted immediately if violations of the law become known.

3 Use of Google Maps

We use Google Maps to display maps and to create directions. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. By using this website, you consent to the collection, processing and use of automatically collected data and data submitted by you (including IP address) by Google, its agents or third parties. Google Maps' site policies can be found under the following link: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html

4 Copyright and neighbouring rights

The content published on this website is subject to German copyright and ancillary copyright law. Any use not permitted by German copyright and ancillary copyright law requires the prior written consent of the provider or the rights holder. This applies, in particular, to copying, editing, translation, storage, processing or reproduction of contents in databases or other electronic media and systems. Contents and rights of third parties are marked as such. Unauthorised reproduction or transmission of individual contents or complete pages is not permitted and is punishable by law. Only the production of copies and downloads for personal, private and non-commercial use is permitted.

The presentation of this website in external frames is only permitted with written permission.

5 Special terms of use

Insofar as special conditions for individual uses of this website deviate from the above-mentioned paragraphs, this will be expressly pointed out at the appropriate place. In this case, the special terms of use apply in the respective individual case.

The use of the contact data in our imprint for commercial advertising is expressly undesired, unless we have given our prior written consent or a business relationship already exists. The provider and all persons named on this website hereby object to any commercial use and disclosure of their data.

6 Data protection declaration

TalentSilver expressly undertakes to protect personal data and sensitive personal data in accordance with applicable law. This data protection declaration explains how we collect and process data.

TalentSilver records personal data exclusively for the purpose of providing personnel consultancy services. Any use of data beyond this purpose is excluded. The data is transmitted to us by the persons concerned, on an exclusively voluntary basis, by electronic means (email, other messenger services), by telephone or in a personal conversation. By providing this data, the person agrees to the use of the data described below. This consent can be revoked at any time in writing, including by email. If consent is revoked, the data will be deleted.

Data is stored in a specially secured database. Only TalentSilver employees and, to a particularly limited extent, selected service providers, e.g. clerical services, have access to it. The data may be used as follows:

  • Direct contact via the contact details provided,
  • Clarification of questions in connection with the personnel consultancy services offered by TalentSilver,
  • Data supplementation with publicly available information, e.g. LinkedIn, publications,
  • Data supplementation with comments and assessments,
  • Assessment of suitability for job placement.

The data, including, where applicable, information about family circumstances, income situation or even sensitive personal data, will be forwarded to third parties, usually only TalentSilver clients or companies providing services co-operating with TalentSilver, if the person has given his/her verbal consent. This consent may also be given by the person having agreed to a presentation as a candidate with a TalentSilver client or their co-operation partners. Where appropriate, these third parties, generally clients, may also be located outside the European Union, which has a lower personal data protection level. The data may be sent electronically and unencrypted.

You can revoke your consent regarding the use and collection of your data, as described above, at any time in the future by sending us a written request, including by email. The data will then be completely deleted (except for a deletion note).

Finally, we would like to point out that data transmission over the internet, e.g. communication by email, has security gaps and cannot be protected against access by third parties.

TalentSilver is under no obligation to appoint a data protection officer. Dr. Michael Jehrke (E-Mail: michael.jehrke@talentsilver.com) is named as contact person.
